These Terms govern your use of the Stop Breaking Promises App, website, pre-order pages, and subscription products.

By signing up or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Offer

Stop Breaking Promises provides:

• Promise Profiles
• Promise creation, reminders, streaks, and tracking
• Early-access to features before public launch
• Promise Circles (friends, community, and influencers)
• Invite code access
• Subscription plans (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month)
• Influencer Circle Memberships

Features may evolve as the app grows.

2. Pre-Order Terms

When you pre-order:

• You are purchasing Early Access + a discounted subscription term (3, 6, or 12 months).
• Your subscription activates on the official Promise Circles launch date.
• Early access gives you:
  
  • Immediate Promise Profile discovery
  • Ability to begin creating promises
  • Ability to earn streaks and prepare your Circle
  • Priority access to future features

No lifetime access is offered.

All pre-order sales are refundable up to 30 Days after the official subscription start date at Full Launch which is announced via email to your subscribed email + purchase email.

3. Subscription Terms

• Standard price: $29.99/month
• Pre-order discounts:
  
  • 3 months: 15% off
  • 6 months: 30% off
  • 12 months: 50% off‍

Only your individual subscription will renew automatically unless canceled (subscription purchased using main email) Additional invites will need to renew individually.

You can cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided for partial periods.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Not misuse Promise Circles or share someone else’s private information
• Not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform
• Not create harmful or malicious promises (self-harm, violence, or illegal acts)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Promise Circles & Sharing

When you join a Circle:

• Members can see your shared promises, progress, and profile info
• You control what is visible
• You are responsible for what you post
• We are not liable for how other members use or interpret your shared content

Influencer Circles may include public or semi-public visibility depending on the creator’s settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, app designs, Promise Profiles, content, and systems (including Promise Circles) are owned by Stop Breaking Promises™.

You may not copy, resell, or distribute them without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Stop Breaking Promises is a behavior-change and accountability app, not a medical, psychological, legal, or financial service.

We do not guarantee:

• That you will keep your promises
• Any mental health outcomes
• Any relationship improvements
• Any business or personal results

You use the app at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Misuse of Promise Circles
• Fraud, harassment, or abuse
• Illegal activity
• Non-payment

You may delete your account anytime.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Stop Breaking Promises Inc. is registered.

Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
